"I contacted Wendi Jones Events
about 4 months prior to my daughter’s outdoor wedding.
We had initially thought that a wedding planner would not be
necessary since this was a smallish (100 guest) outdoor wedding.
The venue and all the vendors were arranged well in advance.
But as the date drew closer, I began to realize that I needed
someone to pull it all together. I didn’t have the faintest
idea how to run a rehearsal. I also knew I wanted to kick back
and enjoy everything on the day of the wedding and not be the
one stressing over the last minute details.
Wendi did a beautiful job of handling all the rehearsal
and “day of” details. Throughout the planning process,
Wendi was never more than a quick e-mail away and always answered
my never-ending questions with patience and grace! She was very
organized, well-prepared (she carries a completely outfitted
emergency kit in her car), and always easy to work with.

"Thank you so very much for helping to make our big
weekend in May 2010 so amazing! From planning sessions leading
up to the big day, to the countless e-mails and messages of
encouragement and most of all on our wedding day itself, we
truly felt special and cared for by you.
One of the main goals we had for our weekend of celebration
was to relax and be as stress free as possible; this is often
a hard goal to meet surrounding a wedding. Thanks to you, from
start to finish we were able to wake up on our big day and know
all the details were in good hands. Thinking back on our wedding
day both of us do not remember a moment were we felt stressed,
which was such a complete blessing and allowed us to not be
distracted by details so we could take in all the incredible
moments throughout the whole day!!
Of all the decisions we made during our initial planning stages,
